MASSI research and development project
Massi project is a joint effort of School of Economics and Business Administration at University of Tampere, Institute of Industrial Management at Tampere University of Technology, Finnish Funding Agency for Technology and Innovation (TEKES), Technology Industries of Finland ry, and multiple companies.
MASSI project concentrates on to improve competitiveness of Finnish technology industries by means of mass customization.

Management of Mass Customization -seminar starts on 29.-30.11.2007 with lectures by Professor Frank Piller, an international "guru" of Mass Customization.
The fourth World Conference on Mass Customization and Personalization (MCPC2007) will be organized at MIT Cambridge and HEC Montreal on October 7-12. See http://www.mcpc2007.com.
MASSI organized a mass customization and personalization forum in Tampere 28th November 2006. More information at www.fimcp.fi/forum.
MASSI RoadShow-tour visited in Tampere 28th September 2006, in Turku 4th of October, and in Helsinki 6th of October.
MASSI-project was granted funding from TEKES's "Renewing business and leadership" -programme.
MASSI-project started as planned in August 2006.
